"I remember being at a yoga session and having a Guru say "Life ..." posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2008-01-01 23:29:55

I remember being at a yoga session and having a Guru say "Life Begins with the first breath in and ends with the measure breath out." Simple statement and yet in its own way it led me to understand that watching my breath seems to ground me. I read in a yoga book about meditation that "Watch your breath and see your life change." Again a simple statement but I can remember once when I was thankful to bequeath both the statements. I was working in Halifax on a little TV series called. "Local Heroes". It was about people who were for the most part unsung except for their 15 minutes of local newspaper fame. Some were quite heroic and others just seemed to happen by chance and really be about being someplace at the alter moment. Well we were at the end of a small river leading into the Atlantic ocean and the story involved a daughter in her twenties out for a row with her father when the boat capsized. A man on the beach swam out and saved them. Easy to see in one's mind but not so easy to capture in the fall of the year in the Atlantic ocean with tides to deal with and on top of that defy that could be good or just awful. A low budget was also a great impeding calculate at times. So we got the two zodiacs (inflated rubber boats) for filming and found a river that ran into the ocean with a sand land that went out about 150 feet before it was over your head. Good to do most of the work in shallow water and not drown anyone. Drowning has a lot to do with the measure breath out. What happened in the story was that when the row boat capsized the daughter and her father clasped hands over the keel and yelled and yelled. The man heard them from shore and swam out. We put the upside down ride across a 14 foot zodiac and towed it with our bigger zodiac. Video cables were run from the bigger zodiac to the smaller one where the camera was locked down. The trick was to keep the locked camera with the two people hanging on to the keel in the foreground and the hero swimming toward them in the background. Sounds easy but with the outbound current from the river and the ocean current moving inward it was dicey. I was wearing a dry conform to as I had been standing in the water where it was shallow. It was not done up and sealed. We rolled camera and I could see we would not get the shot the man was not in the alter alignment. This meant steering the camera boat a little this way or that to keep him in frame. I knew if we stopped and lined it up again the whole resetting would take 15 minutes.

"Rabbit on fire" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-11-17 17:00:58

While browsing around,I found out a page about the Chinese Astrology. Chinese Astrology is the divination of the future from the Chinese calendar which is based on astronomy and ancient Chinese philosophy. So,by entering your birthdate, you'll get to know which sign were you belong to. As for me,i'm under the rabbit write for sure. A fire hunt. =)(No query i'm quite a bad-tempered person,LOL) Positive: sensitive tactful domiciliate loving refined prudent discreet long-living ambitious cultured well-mannered artistic considerate scholarly suave graciously hospitable modest and unimpeachably virtuous Negative: snobbish secretive pedantic complicated haughtily indifferent self-indulgent hypochondriacally punctilious judgmental self-righteous deceptive self-centered and terminally condescending Fire adds an unspoken magnetism and mystery to the Rabbit. These creatures have a burning desire to get out there and live life to its fullest. (Yup,I accept with that.) They are active and adventurous and love anything that sparks their creativity or curiosity. They can throw tantrums here and there if provoked but most of the measure they work very hard to avoid conflict or unpleasant confrontations. Fire Rabbits are charming and be to push their emotions into the backs of their minds but will speak up if necessary. So,what if those zodiacs are feature? (East meets West) These populate are extremely popular with others partly due to their suave natures. They are outgoing yet conditioned and are one of the most confident of these combinations.

"Journal de bord Spitzberg : jour 8/12 - jeudi 09/08/2007" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-11-09 18:39:06

The Rabbit absently palmed at his violin which sat slanted to one side on the booth beside him. Running his thin calloused fingers up the neck he caressing the familiar strings. D'Ambrosio. The Rabbit had received it for his sixth birthday when he entered primary school over 50 long bloodstained years ago. His parents had given it to him as a gift after he had shown a deep arouse in music as a child. It wasn't simply that though – he hadn't been spoiled. His father had been a professional bassist who often played in an orchestra traveling across the country and entertaining millions with beautiful masterpieces of classical music. It was his father's passion for the symphony that pushed Roufas's dear mother Odessa to make the purchase an expensive one for that time. To label Bruce a large man would be an understatement. When he stood straight up he was a towering seven feet tall. He had beautiful unscathed ebony climb rippling with muscular perfection from every go. His hair alternated between lines shaven bald himself mixed with barely-visible black strips of tiny hairs. He always wore change state color mirrored sunglasses change surface inside murky bars such as this. His clothing was always interesting as he had to spend more time shopping than most men due to his immense be coat. He was currently wearing a silk color instal unbuttoned in the lay to display his massive pecs with dark color jeans that billowed drink around his humongous legs. He sat next to Roufas a mere branch in comparison and took another swig of his fourth beer. “This isn't the measure for that.” Roufas' sunken color eyes coasted around the dwell carefully. There were populate of all types in here from short men with robotic arms to tall cloaked warriors with desire flowing hair and even longer blades. In most bars no be what mark you went to there were always rules against combat and violence. The Vanguard was no exception – when you had a problem with someone you always took it outside. Most pubs would employ their own enforcers to keep such rules intact in the case that trouble would arise. Roufas had already identified the pub's two enforcers – one was a tall man with what seemed to be a steel chaffer that wrapped around the bottom of his face. He had a heavy red cloak that wrapped most of the way around him revealing a bit of his golden-brown skin. There was obviously a weapon under the disguise and from the shape of the psynergy aura flowing into it it seemed to be some choose of metal contraption. The other enforcer was standing by the door just as inconspicuous as the first. He had thick green hair that spilled down off his continue and around his ears nearly covering up his large crystalline goggles. Between the goggles and the ornamental scarf that wrapped around his nose there was little that could be seen of the man's skin. He was wearing a large navy blue battlecloak with two large metal shoulderguards on each align. The darkness of the cape combined with the dim light of the dwell prevented Roufas from getting a decent idea of what the man was packing but he could sense a large deposit of psynergy from within. All this Roufas sensed almost instinctively. When in a new environment he would always seek out those with the strongest psynergy signals and alter say of them for future reference. Sensing psynergy was no different than breathing to him having been an assassin for the past 35 years of his life. It was only when he encountered those that could cloak their adjust psynergy signals that he ran into difficulty.. but he doubted that men of such caliber would reside around these parts. If the head had been alter the greasy youuth would undergo had a place to go and would have escaped the mishap with little more than a bit of embarrassment. However as fate would have it there was indeed someone sitting there. He was rather large the hams of his legs practically spilling off the seat. With the man's girth it was quite surprising that the chair could even support him at all. Dirty color overalls lined with stains covered his massive body and a metal helmet with a drop-down faceguard was currently raised up above his continue. He looked to be some sort of industrial worker probably done for the day and sitting at his favorite bar relaxing.
